It depends on who you ask....

Maureen Dowd:

"We owe them something," he[Bush] told veterans in Salt Lake City (even though his administration tried to shortchange the veterans agency by $1.5 billion). "We will finish the task that they gave their lives for."

What twisted logic: with no W.M.D., no link to 9/11 and no democracy, now we have to keep killing people and have our kids killed because so many of our kids have been killed already? Talk about a vicious circle: the killing keeps justifying itself.

Hello all...
I recently jettisoned XP from my laptop and am enjoying my new linux install. I activated the web server, and started serving my school web page from my laptop. As far as I know, my IP is static, so this will hopefully last awhile. check out http://137.229.17.180/
I will make some changes here and there, particularly with the pictures... I was just trying some stuff out. I don't have any real reason to change, so it may take awhile. Let me know if you want to see something specific.

Addendum:
anonymous FTP is now working as well at the same IP

What justice?

“I consider the insistence on pressing ahead with cases that would be marginal even if properly prepared to be a severe threat to the reputation of the military justice system and even a fraud on the American people,”
