The giggling killer signed an executive order giving specifics on how to torture people. We're already tortured 12 people to death. YAH! Rumsfeld is "doing a very fine job" torturing and killing people that have never seen a courtroom.
I hate these people. we are a land of torturers. I am ashamed at what these people have done to my country.
