What's going on in California these days?
Here are some bills that raise the minimum wage to a whopping $7.25; hinder the borg-like assimilation of our planet by Walmart super-multi-plexi stores (requiring a report of local economic impact); and prevent state funded mandatory privacy invasion (drug tests) in high schools.
Sounds like some good ideas right? Not to corporate mouthpiece-idiot-Aryan-Arnold. He vetoed them all.

Keep in mind this man is the highest ranking official of the fifth* largest economy in the world as you watch this clip:

I wonder if he got that same "feeling" when he vetoed these bills, denying the people of CA a living wage. He acts as a corporate mouthpiece, completely disconnected from 'the people'.
Oh yeh... and there is a rumor that the he will run in 2008 for president. I know what you're saying... "Chad! This can't be! The constitution expressly states only natural born citizens can be president". And you would be right. However those crafty republican dogs are hatching an evil scheme to amend the constitution. Don't believe me? Read the fucking bill. Read it. Especially the Orin Hatch comments at the bottom.
